Customer Quotes

“The primary benefit from our point of view is that construction engineers can look at the design documents with the confidence that they’re going to see the latest version of any drawing. They then relate that to a construction lot on the project. The construction lot can then be used as the reference point for a Request For Information (RFI), and it all links. By being able to link all that together, we can prove a flow and can then quite easily upload all the documentation for that Lot to prove compliance and everything’s tracked within the system.”

Scott Frazer, Systems Manager, Perth to Bunbury Highway

“In a way, we’ve passed a lot of the risk off to Incite in that we don’t have the responsibility of running the platform ourselves or storing the project information on our own servers within the University. Incite has been an invaluable performance management tool for our 2010 Campus and I’d hate to think where we’d be without it.”

Gerard Gabriel, the then Facilities Information Manager, Sydney University

“I’ve found Incite a great tool to use as I can access our documents from anywhere, as well as track the progress of a document from a Business Unit through to our client. The automated emails for document changes are also very useful and an easy way to keep everyone updated on the progression of a document. One of the best things is how flexible the system is in accommodating our needs from a document controller perspective.”

Adele Chalker, Document Controller, Veolia Water

“Incite provides us with improved usability, faster setup times and reduced support costs. I’m optimistic that taking the time to design Incite for use on building projects will enable us to maximise the value we get from it.”

Mark Shepherd-Smith, (former) Business Improvement Manager, Thiess

“The tool will be customised to ensure the full suite of performance reports required to optimise project outcomes and mitigate project risk will become a strong focus. The scope of reporting provides a level of risk management to project management practitioners not previously experienced.”

Adam Pollack, (former) Program Director, C2010 (Sydney University), Capital Insight Pty Ltd.
