The ways Incite Archive manages your project
Incite Archive allows you to choose an offline archive package to
suit your record management requirements.
When your project comes to an end you may want to keep your project accessible online
at a reduced monthly rate. However customers often require their data back in full
so that they can meet their own policies or those of the Client. Incite Archive
provides a Standard or Advanced offline archive.
The Standard Archive contains a complete copy of each message and form within a
standards-based XML document. Files attached to messages or forms are exported without
any change. The XML document contains all the data found within the original message
or form. Standard Archives are also available as an Express download allowing you
quick access to your data.
The Advanced Archive contains a complete copy of each message, form and file. It
is extracted into Microsoft Windows Sharepoint Services and leverages the
advanced features of Sharepoint. These features include full text indexing and search,
links between messages, forms and files all able to be navigated within a web interface.
